The story of FSL International is rooted in entrepreneurial vision and global ambition. It began with Shahzeb Zeeshan, an internationally recognized entrepreneur driven by a passion for global trade and digital innovation. What started as an export-focused enterprise in Pakistan was built with a clear purpose: to connect markets, create cross-border opportunities, and operate at international standards from day one.

The Vision of Our Founder, Shahzeb Zeeshan

Shahzeb Zeeshan is the Founder of FSL International and a globally experienced entrepreneur with over a decade of leadership across manufacturing, international trade, e-commerce, and digital strategy. He began his journey in Sialkot, Pakistan, establishing FSL International as a leather and textile export business serving the UK and international markets, building deep expertise in production, quality control, and supply chain operations.

As his vision expanded, Shahzeb founded AMA Consultants, helping brands scale their presence on global e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Alibaba, advising clients such as Premier Group and DEKO on high-value, multi-SKU product portfolios. Alongside this, he launched Eminent Corp, leading manufacturing operations and R&D to create innovative home and storage solutions across Pakistan, the UK, and the USA, and served as CEO of Chrysalis Brands, contributing to Pakistan’s first e-commerce aggregator. Earlier in his career, he also founded Plumul, a management consultancy and digital marketing firm that partnered with institutions and brands including LUMS, Edible Arrangements, Subway, and other global enterprises, while creating joint ventures in the UK and USA.

Today, Shahzeb leads FSL International as a modern House of Brands, overseeing strategic direction, global expansion, and consumer-focused innovation. The group’s direct-to-consumer portfolio includes Accufix Cosmetics, Second Skin by Accufix, Accufix Littles, The Magic Molecules, HeyMama, Manclave, Dofre, and Home & Living, each brand crafted with the same dedication to quality, innovation, and market insight that has defined Shahzeb’s entrepreneurial journey. Through this ecosystem, FSL International continues to integrate global trade, digital strategy, and consumer-brand building, delivering products and experiences that resonate worldwide.

 From Plumul to a Global Digital Footprint

Building on his early successes, Shahzeb Zeeshan founded Plumul, a management consultancy and digital marketing firm specializing in technology-driven growth and digital strategy. Plumul rapidly grew into a trusted partner for over 30 local and international brands across multiple industries, including institutions such as LUMS and global names like Edible Arrangements, delivering measurable growth through strategic consulting, operations planning, and digital execution. This momentum led to the formation of international joint ventures in the United States (Izaweba) and the United Kingdom (Mardev), extending Shahzeb’s footprint across global markets and solidifying his expertise in e-commerce, digital transformation, and cross-border brand scaling.

A New Chapter: FSL international and the Birth of Our Brands

This powerful combination of global trade expertise and digital marketing mastery marked a new chapter in our journey with the establishment of FSL International. Created to invest and operate strategically across global e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Alibaba, FSL international built a strong foundation in sourcing, scaling, and marketplace execution. Through its consultancy arm, AMA Consultants, the group delivers high-level e-trade and marketplace advisory services to established trade leaders including Premier Group and DEKO. This integrated ecosystem of consultancy, sourcing, and execution has enabled the group to generate multi-million-pound annual revenues across international platforms.
