His journey started with the establishment of FSL International in Pakistan, an export company designed to connect markets and create opportunities across borders.

This foundation in international trade was solidified by hands-on experience in the cutting-edge world of e-commerce, managing business development for an established UK-based company. There, he drove significant sales for high-profile clients including Rolls-Royce and the Royal Airforce, mastering the dynamics of the digital marketplace.

The Digital Leap: Building Expertise

Driven by this success, our founder co-founded Plumul, a digital marketing and management consultancy agency. Plumul quickly became a trusted partner for numerous local and international brands, including prestigious clients like LUMS and Edible Arrangements, providing expert consultancy that fueled their growth. This entrepreneurial spirit led to further expansion with joint ventures in the US (Izaweba) and the UK (Mardev), cementing a global footprint in the digital strategy space.

A New Chapter: FSL UK and the Birth of Our Brands

This unique combination of global trade expertise and digital marketing mastery paved the way for the next evolution: FSL UK. FSL UK was established to invest strategically in global e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon and Alibaba.

Through its primary subsidiary, AMAConsultants, the group provides high-level e-trade consultancy to trade giants such as Premier and Deko. Simultaneously, FSL UK’s investment arm has successfully generated millions in annual revenue by mastering the art of sourcing from platforms like Alibaba and selling through Amazon.

It was from this powerful ecosystem of trade, consultancy, and e-commerce success that our direct-to-consumer brands—Accufix Cosmetics, HeyMama, and Manclave—were born. We saw the opportunity to build our own brands, infused with the same commitment to quality and market understanding that fueled our success.

FSL International is driven by the entrepreneurial vision of its founder, Shahzeb Zeeshan. Recognized for his expertise in international business and digital marketing, his journey began with founding an export company in Pakistan.

He honed his e-commerce skills in the UK, driving sales for prestigious clients like Rolls-Royce and the Royal Airforce. This success led him to co-found a global network of digital agencies—Plumul, Izaweba, and Mardev—providing consultancy to major brands like LUMS and Edible Arrangements.
